  • Between June and August, the median sales price for a Pickerington home for sale was $165,000, which was based on 125 home sales.
  • Compared to the same period in 2010, the median home sales price in Pickerington has decreased by 1.8 percent, or about $3,000.
  • During the week ending on Sept. 28, the average listing price for a Pickerington home for sale  was $219,844, which marked no change when compared to the previous week.
  • During that same week, the median sales price for a 2-bedroom Pickerington home for sale was $110,000.
  • The median sales price for a 3-bedroom Pickerington home for sale was $150,000.
  • And the median sales price for a 4-bedroom Pickerington home for sale was $175,000.
